Fantastic Experience! Tim went above and beyond to give the estimate and repair some minor damage to my bumper. Another shop gave me an estimate of more than $700.00, and claimed it needed much more work than I really needed. T & J did only what was needed and did it for less than $150.00. It looks like new. They even washed the car and Armor-alled the tires. The office is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If I ever need body work again, I won’t bother going anywhere else.
Incredible work, I highly recommend T&J. Safelite auto messed up my door when installing a new window. They put several outward dings in the door. I took it to T&J and could not be more pleased. The staff is super friendly, the building is clean and professional. They quickly set up an appointment, kept me informed as to when it would be ready, and walked me around the shop to explain the process. Not only did they do a terrific job fixing my door, they went beyond my expectations by fixing several other scratches and dings not ever mentioned. I brought my 3 month old car in, upset at having just scratched the front bumper the day before. Rather than sell me a new $500 bumper they suggested letting them touch it up, after reassuring me the paint would adhere forever on fiberglass. They took the car in immediately and spent a good 20-5 minutes on it. The car looks perfect and they refused to accept any money for their effort. Friendly, courteous staff from the receptionist to the service writers. Hopefully I won’t need a body shop again for a LONG time but if I do, this is definitely the place I’ll go to.
